1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AlgoTD's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlgoTD. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Description of Services

AlgoTD provides:

• Trade Control OS: Trading discipline enforcement software that blocks rule violations on MT4/MT5 accounts
• AlgoTD Sync: Trade execution service that copies trades to connected accounts
• Related tools: Risk management, prop firm compliance features, and trading analytics

AlgoTD is a software platform. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

3. Eligibility

To use AlgoTD, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using trading services in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

AlgoTD offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the services.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

5.5 Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds after the trial period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Trading Account Access

When connecting your MT4/MT5 trading account:

• You grant AlgoTD limited access to execute trades according to your configured settings
• AlgoTD never has access to withdraw funds from your account
• You remain solely responsible for all trading activity on your account
• You can disconnect your account at any time
• AlgoTD is not responsible for broker-related issues, execution delays, or slippage

7. Risk Acknowledgment

By using AlgoTD, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• AlgoTD does not guarantee profits or prevent losses
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access our services improperly
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Circumvent any security measures

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on AlgoTD are owned by AlgoTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal trading purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlgoTD services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• Services will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any trading losses, regardless of cause
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlgoTD operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
