These Terms of Service govern your use of AlgoTD and the SOVEREIGN Capital Allocation System. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

AlgoTD provides access to the SOVEREIGN automated trading system as software-as-a-service, including the MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor, web dashboard, performance data, and related documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction and have read our Risk Disclosure Statement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers.

4. Intellectual Property

The SOVEREIGN EA, algorithms, and related materials are proprietary intellectual property of AlgoTD. You are granted a non-exclusive license for the number of MT5 accounts specified by your subscription. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AlgoTD shall not be liable for any trading losses or financial damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
